THE BERK ON COLLEGE
2315 College Ave., Berkeley, California
The Berk on College is a project containing two buildings of 175 beds and a parking structure originally developed for a partnership of Westminster House, a student ministry of Presbyterian Church USA, and Foundation for Community Life. Completed in 2003 the building was sold to EdR in 2012.
PRES HOUSE
University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin Pres House is a project containing 236 beds in a 7 story building completed in 2007. Owned by a non- profit subsidiary of Presbyterian Church USA, the development is financed by tax exempt bonds purchased by Associated Bank.

PRESBY HALL
University of Illinois, Champaign campus
Presby Hall offers 264 beds in an 8 story building with a parking structure completed in 2007. Built to LEED Silver standard, Presby is the first certified “green” residence option at the University of Illinois, providing direct marketing preference on the university housing website. Owned by McKinley Foundation, a non-profit subsidiary of Presbyterian Church USA, the project is financed by tax exempt bonds purchased by Key Bank.
CAMPANILE COURT
1122 University Ave., Berkeley, California
Campanile Court contains 220 beds in two apartment buildings of 4 and 5 stories with ground floor retail and an underground parking structure. The building was completed in 2012 and sold in 2014 to Gerding Edlin, a Seattle based REIT.

FRONT PORCH
Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California
Front Porch contains 50 beds in five 2 story
apartment buildings plus a student center building. Owned by a non-profit subsidiary of The Presbyterian Church USA, Front porch was completed in 2011.

MARSHALL UNIVERSITY
Huntington, West Virginia
734 student housing facility and a 123,850 square foot wellness center in a P3 structure. Completed in 2009.
